Dirtybird is more than a record label -- it’s a family. We’re so excited to welcome everyone back to the Modesto Reservoir Campgrounds for Campout West Coast this October...

no tent, no problem

As we get closer and closer to Couchout, we recognize how significant adventure is to the Dirtybird Campout experience. Camping is an experience in itself -- an extension of what our music festival has to offer. It’s for creating some of the best memories and where making friends with strangers is as easy as passing the flask, while walking around not knowing what you will find. Maybe you’ll come across someone in a chicken head slapping the bag at 9 AM or even a man chugging sriracha at 3 AM! Overall, the fun begins with camper check-ins, followed by the chirps of excitement setting up your flock’s unique site for the weekend.

Although we are not reuniting along the Modesto Reservoir, why shouldn’t we keep the spirit of camp alive? For Couchout 2020, we want your flock to recreate camp’s experience in the safety of your own home. Does this mean set up shop in your living room? Only if you want to! As Dirtybird Campout encourages you to reconnect with your inner child through summer time activities, we invite you to continue the fun by building the most epic bird nest (pillow fort) you can design based on the items in your home.

Dirtybird’s guide to the ultimate fort:

  • Sheets
  • Pillows
  • Blankets
  • Comforters
  • Sofa Cushions
  • Couch or Chairs
  • Books for weight
  • Safety pins or clothespins (for connecting fort fabric)

addtional supplies:

  • Red Bull Energy Drink
  • Tequila
  • Color Team Bandana
  • Cool lights and lasers
  • Order your favorite BBQ
  • White T-Shirt and Tie Dye Kit
  • Snacks
  • Glow Sticks
